Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, while having a great, big shower, was a bit small and had an uneven floor. The view outside the window wasn't great, just a brick wall. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and available 24 hours. The location, being close to Paddington station and a short walk from the tube station, was quite convenient. However, the breakfast options were limited and not very good. Overall, it was a decent stay with its ups and downs.
The hotel is conveniently located near Hyde Park and Paddington station, making it easy to access from Heathrow via the Heathrow Express or Tube on the Picadilly line with just one line change. The surrounding neighborhood offers various restaurants, although some areas may be less appealing due to old mattresses and furniture lying around. The pricing is acceptable, but for £90, expect only moderate service. While the staff were accommodating when we needed a room for our daughter's ceremony, they lacked helpfulness when we sought recommendations.
I found the hotel to be a comfortable stay, although the room was small, it was clean. The service was a bit of a mix between helpful and unfriendly. The location was ideal for our needs, close to the underground, but it needs a major refit. The dining experience was very average, with limited options, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms were more like a cozy apartment setup, but they were somewhat small and stuffy for a family of four. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were minor issues with noise. The location was excellent, close to public transport and vibrant cafes, but the dining options were limited and chaotic.
The hotel had a good location between Paddington and Lancaster Gate, with some nice restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit small for our luggage. The staff provided professional and friendly service, but it was unfortunate that they did not seem too concerned about guest satisfaction. The breakfast consisted of only cold options and wasn't the best value for money. Overall, a decent choice for budget travel near Paddington Station.
